Hurricane Milton Update

We hope everyone made it through the storm safely.
Our staff has been working diligently to asses storm damage and cleanup the property. Court Yard units 101 and 201 suffered severe damage due to a portion of the roof structure that was torn off by the intense winds. The High Rise building only suffered minimal water intrusion. We are still addressing those issues and ensuring the HVAC systems are functioning properly. However, we have not yet fully assessed the total damage. Many of our staff also have been personally affected by the storm.
Here’s what you need to know for now:
The Resort will remain closed through 10/17. We expect to have normal check in for owners and guest on 10/18
Pool and Spa Areas. Cleaning and evaluations of the pumps and heaters are underway.
Contractors are onsite. inspecting and putting together a report for the insurance company.

Unit 101 & 201

As I mentioned earlier, several of our staff have been significantly impacted by the storm, and we are still gathering information regarding their availability. On a positive note, the Resort has power, and we are making progress. I will continue to provide updates as the situation evolves.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work through the cleanup and recovery.
Best regards,
