High Rise Concrete Restoration

The concrete repair of the 2 bedroom section of the High Rise building has begun. The contractor will be working Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. We apologize for the noise while this extensive and essential repair work is completed. The scope of the repair has become more invasive then the Contractor and Engineer originally anticipated. As a result, the concrete will be completely removed when necessary on some floors and replaced instead of removing small areas and patching. The Contractor still expects to be completed by the end of January weather permitting.

Property taxes are now due. Late fee will be applied December 1st. Maintenance fees are due January 15th.

A Reminder of the rules that Owners and Guest need to follow

Parking

  • One vehicle per unit during your stay

  • There is no guarantee of off-site parking being available for additional vehicles or day guest

Day Guest

  • Day guest must be 18 years of age or older to be on the premises without supervision

  • Owner must be present with guest that come for day use

  • No more than 4 day guests per owner unless approved by the management and car pooling is appreciated as parking is limited

Smoking

  • No smoking is allowed in the units or activity room

  • This includes Cigarettes, Pipes, and Vapes

  • Smoking is permitted in outdoor open air areas

  • There will be a $200 cleaning fee for any unit that is smoked in
