P&I Resort updates

Maintenance and Tax Bills

Thank you to all owners that have already paid the current bills.

Any unpaid bills need to be paid now before they are turned over to the collection company.

The current phase of concrete restoration is complete.

New Concrete Walkways are complete

A Reminder of the rules that Owners and Guest need to follow

Parking

  • One vehicle per unit during your stay

  • There is no guarantee of off-site parking being available for additional vehicles or day guest

Day Guest

  • Day guest must be 18 years of age or older to be on the premises without supervision

  • Owner must be present with guest that come for day use

  • No more than 4 day guests per owner unless approved by the management and car pooling is appreciated as parking is limited

Smoking

  • No smoking is allowed in the units or activity room

  • This includes Cigarettes, Pipes, and Vapes

  • Smoking is permitted in outdoor open air areas

  • There will be a $200 cleaning fee for any unit that is smoked in

Ongoing Projects

Courtyard Kitchen renovations are ongoing

Bathtubs are being converted to showers
