Just a couple of quick notes to keep you updated on the progress of work here at Plantation Island.
The Concrete restoration project is finally coming to an end. Thank you to all for your patience during the last year for putting up with the mess and noise while this project was going on.
The two courtyard units 101 and 201 that have been closed since our last hurricane, are being worked on and will be opened back up soon.
Just a friendly reminder, if you have not paid the $247.00 assessment (which was due on June 1, 2025), please send it in as soon as possible, as we now have to pay for all of the work that has been ongoing to get our resort back up and running 100%.
There are limited 1 Bedroom High Rise and extremely limited 2 Bedroom High Rise units available for sale at special pricing to owners and friends looking to purchase another unit. Contact Carol Ann Kulzer (386)-677-2331 ext 716 to secure a unit. You don’t need to be here in person to buy a week, everything can be done through the mail.
A Reminder of the rules that Owners and Guest need to follow
Parking
One vehicle per unit during your stay
There is no guarantee of off-site parking being available for additional vehicles or day guest
Day Guest
Day guest must be 18 years of age or older to be on the premises without supervision
Owner must be present with guest that come for day use
No more than 4 day guests per owner unless approved by the management and car pooling is appreciated as parking is limited
Smoking
No smoking is allowed in the units or activity room
This includes Cigarettes, Pipes, and Vapes
Smoking is permitted in outdoor open air areas
There will be a $200 cleaning fee for any unit that is smoked in
